Taught me a very valuable lesson about driving sensibly. Lost my car and job over the accident and lucky to have not lost my life

thats my old car, i wrote it off after 5days of owning it.... just been in another crash on august 1st, really bad but got no pics as the drive died on impact and i was trapped in the car, what i was told is that it was basicly on two wheels, wrapped around a tree about 3-4ft off the floor

Yep, i remember you posting about that which is where i got the picture from.
I sold it, the lad who bought it off me put a 1.8 in it, then you bought it and crashed it didnt you?

I thought you said you went round a roundabout and went into a piccasso?
He told me he was putting a redtop in it when he bought it off me. Fella was a right plank though tbh

Shit Toby I never knew you did that, did it get fixed?

nah was 11k to repair so wrote off.

I did get a new one. This one got decent tyres (not shite dealer do them on the cheap tyres), coilovers, spacers, polybushes and a rarb just to prevent it ever happening again lol

 | Only thing I've done was back into a low wall and did some paint damage to my Corsa a few weeks after passing my test. No pics though.
Almost 5 years of no crashes so far *touch wood*

 | No pics but in 1997 my mate passed his test bought an a-reg nova. First night we went out he lost control and hit a lampost at 70mph. I was in the back and got ejected through the quarter panel window because no seat belts. Shattered my femur, broken pelvis, 4 fractured ribs and broken cheek bone was quite nasty! Got plenty of internal metal bits now

 | Got pics on my laptop of mine, 1.4 8v arden blue corsa b, going down a lane I hadn't been down before far too quick, lost control, went off the road, rolled about 5-6 times and ended up a good 15-20 metres off the road :/ 4 of us in it, not 1 injury, tought me a very valuable lesson, mate had a similar crash 3 months later and one of the lads died
made me realise how lucky we really were |
