Saxo VTS - 120bhp as standard compaired to a C16xe GSi engine which is 108bhp iirc and 103bhp for an X16XE but the saxo is a hell of alot lighter...
VTR is 90bhp or 98bhp depending on the engine used
Figures state all really.

 @ saying a GSi is quicker than a GTi. I doubt it would of been quicker than the vtr tbh.

y do people bum french cars, tbh most of them would break down during a race saxo vtr are shit slow had one and had a corsa gsi and gsi is way more powerfull and seems to be quicker imo french cars will break constant pieces of shit

gearboxs and clutch is all's i can say shite! and made out of tin so there light and can be quicker, were corsa decently made durable strong shells with a rather quick motor 16v not some 8v french turd

Every engine is diffrent i dont get beat by 106 or vtr/vts but my mate dose an we both have 1.6 16v sports with the same mods an mine kills his an are both same year sum an its the driver alot of people cant drive

It dont matter if you can drive std VTS is faster then any std corsa b!
