You could use a dongle of some sort. IIRC you plug it into your laptop/PC then share the connection.

can't use a dongle mate, you can use an official wifi adaptor if you have a wireless hotspot (either wireless router or set up your laptop/pc with shared wifi), you still need to buy xbox live on top of that, which is £30+

What kerry Said.

I was looking at www.xbox.com and it's £4.99 per month or for 12 months it's £39.99.

You are all talking about different things..

Tomo you can't use a 3G dongle but you could use a 3G access point but if you are going to spend that sort of dosh you might as well get broad-band installed.

What you can do is connect your PC/Laptop to the internet via 3G then create a connection bridge or enable connection sharing in windows.

*BUT* xbox live over 3G will be shite (upstream is too slow) and it would end up costing a small fortune.
