upgrade isnt till Jan will get a 4 then, plus im not a fan of it so far. Much prefer the 3gs. Plus £79 is still £79!!

I'd get one with a battered case then take it too a mobile unlock/repair shop and get it re-cased for £20?

i wouldnt trust a shop charging £20 to fit a gen case with a barge pole tbh.
Mite just get the 8gb in the mean time. Really wanted a white one tho

I had my iPod touch re done by a shop in the eden center in High Wycombe and came back perfect.
I do however now have a 3GS 16GB in white which is lovely, a I couldn't see the advantage of getting the 4 as I haven't had an iPhone before

I need to sort a new iPhone out! Dropped mine on a night out on Sunday when I was hanging upside down from the top of a stripper pole! Completely fucked the screen and no insurance

my mental image is a non suprise face as thats par for the course with Walby.
Ill get round to a 4 but i genuinely prefer the 3gs form factor and my N97 is on its last legs so just buy one and sell on at xmas and upg to a 4

My mate knocked mine out my hands and it flew fully 10ft and smashed. Got the screen fixed for £45 at one of those unlock places. Good as new, if not better as it was a bit scratched anyway.

I am Nis i have loved every second ive owned it. But the data speed is only 3.2 not 7.2 like the 3gs so i need more internets powaaaa and ive grown to like the qwerty on it so no longer need a keyboard plus i have an E75 for that now, and Nokas rumoured replacement looks fappin huge and still running symbian which isn't as bad as people say but its just dated now tbh. Im getting a new screen fitted tomorrow at a local independant phone shop for £50 which isnt too bad! cheaper than a new phone or goin for the early upgrade offer to the iPhone 4 (would cost me £550 to do that)
If the new screen doesnt work ill take it to Apple and try wangle some sort of warranty claim

My dad had his screen replaced for something like £50 at the local market. Works perfectly but the glass they used is a fraction thicker than standard so feels slightly different to hold.
Nothing major though.
