currently running a Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 6000... With Vista premium.

Ever since it was installed it doesn't want to point accuratly. I.e the mouse will not have to be pointing exactly at what you want to click to highlight it. Like the alignment is out. You cannot calibrate this by the mouses control panel. Also if i remove the mouse, install a usb mouse this works 100% fine, so i doubt its the graphics card or pc... Its the mouse.

Originally had it on my old pc which was xp, had to get patch to work with vista... I genuinely beleive its just never meant to work properly...

So unless anyone knows a quick fix can you reccomend me a decent mouse??

I like the one i have apart from lack of accuracy.

MUST be wireless

I don't rate wireless mice. I need something accurate for Photoshop/CAD/Illustrator e.t.c... and I've had several wireless ones of varying price/quality. The best mouse I've had was a standard MS laser job which I swiped from my old work...

Tiny usb bit to plug into comp, rubber sides and blue track movement so nice and accurate. More suited for laptops though as it's a smaller mouse. Feels good to use though, good build quality
