I took this image a few weeks ago




I want to get this effect using photoshop.. I have managed to turn the phone box into pink.. but I want to have the background like the other one.. it has some sort of blur effect

Who's been taking pictures under the friargate bridge in Derby... walk past that every day.

Looks like Filter -> Brush Strokes -> Angled Strokes.

Then play around with the sharpness and angle

Would look better in its original colour in all honesty will. Unless there is a reason you have turned it pink?
