Convert a Percentage Qaulification to a graded Qualification?

I know a lot of you wont know what i mean but,
I lived in canada for 3 years and all qualifications are in percentages?

p.s. Ive searched google and its shit

Should be in off day.

Unless there is a conversion chart somewhere there is absolutely no way to tell.

If you go by todays standards 12% probably gets an A, otherwise it's institution dependent.
