Vauxhall had to do that to my SRi alloys a year or so back when they decided to fook up!

*long story alert - will try to cut it down!*

Took in for service, all good. Went to remove wheel month later and wouldnt shift, rounded off 2 sockets, broke a ratchet etc etc. Was clicking off on torque wrench at 200nm.

Took it to Vaux who denied ever touching wheels on service. Cue service sheet with big tick next to "remove wheel nuts and refit to correct torque setting (120nm). They admit they're wrong Try to remove with their torque wrench - clicks off at 300nm. Air gun rounds bolt off.

Leave car with them, they try drilling it out, weld bits to bolt, still won't come off, leave car with them for 2 days as they eventually cut wheel off and replace with brand new SRi alloy (winner as it was the only kerbed wheel too )

Still, very desperate measures!
