But you could have then told them you were going home with dinner.
with a red delivery bag and loads of reciepts in the car with addresses on, prices and what they ordered?
Besides I saw the same car drive past outside where I work earlier in the night, so they got me on purpose.

Well if they know where you work and have stopped you already then chance are they will get you again to make sure you have changed your insurance.

Right, last night I talked to 2 other driver's...
Colin said he's a market trader, showed me his market trader's card and said tell them you work for me, my insurance will cover you. That's a good excuse if I get pulled again but I wanna sort it out properly.
Mary said she's fully comp and that she just rang up and asked to have business cover added to her insurance and because she was fully comp, it cost her nothing extra. I hope she's right because today it's costing me £100 extra over 3 months to be fully comp. Gonna ring them up now, will they ask what business I am doing?

Just rang them back...it cost me £65 extra to get business cover. They didn't ask me what I wanted the cover for so I didn't tell them. Think I'm gonna have to take the fully comp off though because it's bumped my total insurance cost to £200 per month, LOL.
