Autotesting. My old man is ex national champion. Its a great budget motorsport to get you started. And it takes some skill. The likes of Colin McRae etc started in this. Its also where Russ & Paul Swift honed their skills. I've done a couple of events and did okay.

Try these for size. A mini & a Mini "Special". Notice how the car never stops moving. Takes some doing that. The idea is its a set course against the clock.

Its harder than it looks. Doing a handbrake turn is fairly easy, but doing one neatly and accuratley and then throwing the car into another manouvre straight away takes some doing. Also remembering the route is tricky too. Theres also stop astride lines too, where you have to put either the front or rear wheels over a line before moving on. The decent guys can throw the car onto the line without even stopping.
