Change the bearings on my coilovers without removing the bottom 2 bolts and having to get my camber done again?
If i remove the top bolts will i be able to jack the car up and gain enough space to fit the bearing?

Yeah if you remove the whole hub with it..
Surely its simpler to just mark it up before you take it apart?

I fit them and there was a clunking noise, i assumed it was something to do with the camber being out so i got that done at £60... now ive realised ive missed the bearing out.

Did you put them back together around the right way? Most people fuck it up.
