Thats Volvo Grey,they were 50s due to being pradad spec 2s. Go for 195 45s tho.

Sandpaper,2 tins of the colour,tin of primer and a tin of laquer. If you don't know how to paint i wouldn't try it.

Yes. Rub them right down. Few coats of primer leaving a time between coats to dry. Then coats of colour and maybe leave a day then laquer them.
