Depends if youve got the New Keepers slip, if you have you can hand that in with new logbook forms to get it for free.

Either way it takes a minimum of 6 weeks to process, probly more considering its coming up to christmas and the doovla being utterly useless twats

If you have the new keepers slip, you wont have to pay. If dont, you will.
