After finding out my engine died on me, i replaced it with a other 1 litre 12v, was idling fine when we started it, but while driving it, it will start jumping and then all lights came up on dash bored n engine cut out. I try and restart it, and it wont start, it keeps trying too and nothing? then leave it 5/10minutes will start straight up.

had the same problem and it was the coolent temperature sensor on mine.

Thought it was always cold so

Fueling was fine when cold as it ran richer to get going.

However when warm it would cut out due to overfueling and wouldnt start until colder. ie 5-10min wait

Hmmm, temperature seems to be going up and down fine, when should the fan kick in tho? because it didn't kick in even at 100.

thats the fan switch (on the rad) should kick in at around 100 but not go into the red. Going up and down in temp could be an airlock?

Temperature sensor just send info to the ecu

Sounds like crank sensor to me. Mine did the same. As soon as it got up to temperature it would cut out and then go again after 15mins
