Does it even matter anymore? Section 59 is an absoloute piss take and that came into force! Same with P.A.C.E. and the possible future legislation where a police officer will be able to do you for motoring offences with no real right to appeal.

That isn't the full story. The full story states that there will be refunded costs to a degree. Eg; If your costs are £500, but your solicitor tries to get back £10,000, it won't happen.
