The cav slabs caused the crash imo.

As also said, some excusse about throttle being stuck or something (but then if he's only pottering around and the throttle sticks, it'll stick and tiny open throttle, and handbrake/brakes can be used, or simple turn ignition off).

Please please please someone find out who it was and the story so we can laugh at them if above story IS true...
