For an XE, where can you get them from?

Do you need pot flywheel or flat fly clutch?

My mate at MPG rang and said it was close to £200, whether it be for just the clutch or your get the pressure plate too i'm not sure.

Well retail is £92.50 for the pot one you need, on trade club it's 64.25 both plus VAT. Hope this helps, and it's always worth giving Vauxhall a go on prices BEFORE looking elsewhere.
