You can put 60mm on standard shocks no matter what anyone says, but the ride is awful.

any aftermarket shocks will fit all springs...
i mean the cheaper fk coilovers kits are only like £150/160, fixed 60mm rear and front lowers around 65/70mm, cheaper then non adjustable gmax 60mm kits..

Any shortened shocks will be fine for your springs, the quality of the shocks all depends on what you spend.

i mean for £100 you will get some new 60mm springs, or 2nd hand 60mm spring kit..
if you can stretch to around £150 then like i said you can get the cheaper fk coilover kit, i have had it and tbh for the money you cannot grumble for the money, does exactly what it says on the box and 2 years warranty..

shep beat me to it, cant find the 60mm rear spring set, but spose 40mm will do you then just get yourself some cheap 60mm rears int he future, or just swap the new 40mms for some
it says what it is mate, upto 70mm front, but goes around 65mm from experience, and 40mm rear, it means fixed because its 40mm only, its not adjustable like the fronts..

Can have it at 40/40 then if you decide it's too high all you need is some rear srings, then wind the fronts down a bit

ah see now, so shep like yeh say if its at 40 at the back but say i want 60mm, just take the coilovers out the back, put the springs in the back, then just wind the fronts down to 60mm to suite?
if that was to happen, would i nedd shockies for the back etc?
cheers.

No
The rears come as shocks and springs anyway, so you'd leave your uprated shocks in and just change the springs
