are there any fmic kits for an 03 plate uk sti that can be fitted without cutting bumper etc?
like a bolt on jobby?

Not really, most require cutting the bumper. Don't see the problem with it though. I think either zen or lateral do an fmic and rad combo which can be fitted without cutting but expensive.

is bumper cutting visible when finished, or is it hidden?

It just usually means the centre lower grill is cut out. I wouldn't say it was hidden but if you put some mesh over the grill it doesn't look much different to standard. I think it looks better. Or just leave the fmic showing through the gap.

the one i fitted i jsut had the cut a bit off the top and bottom of the lower grille opening, couldent see it in all honesty.
was a greddy kit
