im looking at an intercooler for the nova been looking at frontera but told they cant handle 300bhp??
problem is the intercooler i need has to be less than 600mm wide to fit with the hose in my nova or have the ports coming out the rear like so..

I had a Merc C Class intercooler but you ideally need something with metal outlets as plastic ones may crack running high pressure. Why not go for a small universal one? I've just bought one at a bargain. Btw a frontera cooler will handle 300bhp no probs.

Search universal intercooler on ebay and jbi motorsport sell one that has a pic of a black corsa on the auction. They cost £69. Sorry i cant get a link im on my phone

I am running a Frontera Intercooler and i know its good for 280bhp. Don't know if it will be any good for much more but i dont see why not.Its big with quite a large capacity and has metal fittings.

may go for a frontera one
lads on png rate them very highly and they can handle 21psi and 300bhp easily apparently
