Average speed cameras are nothing new but this email is bullshit.

Tell me what offence code is worth 1 point per minute that you speed?

SP30 - exceeding speed limit on a road

SP50 - exceeding speed limit on motorway

SP10 - exceeding goods vehicle limit

SP I don't know - 1 point per minute.
