Doesn't sound like the same program?
There were two versions.
Both RUN by SpeedTV. Set off by the bald hard boy stood in the middle, not by the lights. Just work the way down until 2 cars were left in the final.
The other was about guessing the times. 3 judges, betting for money, they had 1 question each to ask the driver, and had to guess the time. Upon a draw, you had to guess the terminal. I was always off on the guessing of the times, but always within a few mph of the terminal speeds.
Was good fun, gave something to do between showering and waiting to go out for dinner, and when we got back in the evening.
That, or NFL (tbh, any sport is mega in HD ), and even baseball.
I could happily live in America.
Oh, and another thing, NASCAR, bunch of pussies driving around an oval? Not any more in my opinion. I went onto Daytona circuit. MAN those curves are mega steep, 60 degrees!!!!!! And its so much thinner than it looks on TV. Coming into that at 210mph, and doing 185 round it, 2 foot off someones bumper, with a car to your left, takes some balls. New found respect for those guys, and its SO big out there. They get mega cool supporters jackets, clothes. Much cooler than any merchandise i've seen for any motorsport over here. They have so much love and passion for their sport, makes even football supporters over here look boring and lame.
I want a USA Visa

Indeed, done the tour there, and set the fastest time on the NASCAR simulators as well
When they all said well done and I said thanks (in my English voice), they look suprised. I just said "us Europeans can do corners better thats why"
Few shots I took.

BEar in mind some F1 circuits can fit x4 F1 cars wide on the flat.... This is how wide it is...
