heads are different on the 1.4 and 1.6

putting a 1.6 bottom end on would make it a x16xel

for the 1.4 i would go for exhaust, panel filter, inlet and short shift

should see 110 bhp from those

its already got, 4-2-1 manifold, sports cat, and exhaust system, panel filter, uprated ht leads.
was thinking cams and inlet? worth putting a 1.6 bottom end on or not with the amount of work?

if you put a 1.6 bottom end in send the head off to be gas flowed and it will be closer to a 16xe then.. inlet is a must but realy does warrent a mapping with rased rev limit and arp con rod bolts to be at its best

but on your spec

powerbox
cams - 264ish

and remap, no point with out the rasied rev limit tbh, as all the power will be about the limiter
