i fitted my wheel got it off with a hammer really easy also theres alot of plasctic stuff to do with the air bag so i ripped all that out along with metters of cable to do with the air bag was i right to rip all this out lol

Remove the airbag wiring, keep the horn.

what the hell are you on about?
im guessing your talking about a steering wheel,
so why have you pulled all the airbag wiring out?
i wouldn't of attemted to do it if you don't know what your doing

you might have inadvertently broken that bit.
Its just a small bit of plastic, that gets hit by a bit of metal to push the stalk back up/down.
