I bought some spacers off neil off here the other day and they arrived in the post yesterday so got home and tried to fit them only to realise that my bar (for the life of me cant remember the real name of it) was too thick to fit in the holes on the spacers so trial fitted one on (in these pics) then had to nip round the ex's for a while ended up being there longer than planned but just as i was leaving planty came to the rescue with his small bar and we ended up fitting them and by we i mean ian . anywho pics from the trial fitting stage.

Before:

After:

all in all I think it looks pretty good now, and the tread doesnt actually stick out further than the arch even though it may look like it does here. handling does seem to be ever so slightly more solid at the moment but i could just be making that up but it looks fookin ace tbh, should be getting the rear arb later this week then remap in a couple of weekends time. so should be quite nice to drive by the end of sept.

thoughts?

edit: i will get better pics once i get some time + my good camera back.

hubcentric ones so 5 bolts into the original hub then the normal 5 wheels into the spacer

will give them a check in a weeks time to make sure nothing is coming loose, but according to scn these are the safer types to get.

What width spacers? Looks better but possibly 5mm too much unless lowering and getting them online with arch!

I need some for mine, just not decided on width yet!

Get a pic of the car front-side view before and after, looks like it's made quite a difference.
