I was just thinking there, Would it be possible to have an X16XE and swap the block over with an 1800 smallblock?

If so what would be the pros and cons?

By the way I charge £50 to adapt your X16XE loom to X18XE1 so all you've got to do is fit the engine.

The map will be wrong (obviously) and then theres the problem that all of the sensor (except the crank sensor) are completely different and the ISCV is part of the throttle.

The engine breather is integral on the 1.8.. The answer is NO you cant use your 1.6 management and NO you cant use your 1.6 head.. I cant see why you would want to? It just makes it more complicated?
