And i would say there worse than the 1.4 16v sport ones on there already.....!?!?!
Why is this? I got them from someone on here and i think there off a calibra... Theres loads of tread on the pads and discs?
Im assuming the garage bled them when they fit them?
Very spongey and stopping is not that great...?

Might take a while for them to bead in mate. Mine were shocking when I first fitted them, after a few emergency stops they felt 100% better

if there new pads they will be crap for the first coupe of hundred miles till they bed in. However when you put bigger calipers on a corsa they are always a bit spongy because the master cylinder is gash.

Mine are the same would it be the brake servo ? I would like gsi servo would that make a diff

first things that spring to mind are the pads will be a different make, could be worse that the ones before and as adam says the master cylinder wont be big enough to cope.

the only difference in corsa servos is wether it has ABS or not. But i dont think the ABS one is better, just different.

Ill give them a few days to see if they 'bed in'
There not new pads as they were fitted to a corsa before i bought them.
I know this is going to sound a bit stupid but how do i find out if the bleed nipple is at the top?

look at the caliper, see if the nipple is at the top.

you need to take your drums off and ajust your rear breaks up.. then after that. bleed them up. start at the rear thats the most distance from the servo, then oppiste front then other rear them other front.. then should be fine mate

yea i would say they need bleeding tbh. my 2.0 brakes are spot on...stops on its nose!

using them today theres def something up, i have noticed a very slight noise coming from what must be the rear drums when i brake fairly hard.
Im going to take them back to the garage as soon as i have time to get them to bleed them again...
Ill have to see if there bled properly.

Had 2 litre discs and calipers fitted to my Nova not long ago, the first time I took it out just after I had them fitted they felt crap due to the oil they come packaged in was still on the discs, once that wore off they were ace! (discs were sprayed with brake cleaner first, I didn't go out with oily discs lol typed that wrong)

Did you look at where the bleed nipple is? Check this first.

its on the inside side of the caliper so you will have to turn your steering towards the one you are looking at so you can get a clearer view. it sticks out a little and has a cover part on it im sure.

I put my Calipers upside down when I did a 288mm Conversion on my old Cav - still bled them fine and had no problems with the feeling of them...

get them to adjust your rear breaks first mate, had a corsa in with same problem with 2.0 breaks fitted.. they work a treat now  i jus did what i said above
