i have got the black plastic bumpers and arches on my corsa and I was hoping to make my arches come up as new again! back to black works well on front n back, but does bugger all to the arches?? i have tried a few other things, but could anyone advise me on what to do please?

what litterally just heat it up, to take off the old layers of back2black etc? atm im using white spirit, on the arches, then heatinmg it with hair dryer, then rubbing it with a cloth, it seems to be working, just takes forever!!

yes heat gun works well,
if you havnt got a heat gun spray the arches close up with a jet wash, you will see them change to a darker colour as they arsorb a little moisture! wipe dry and imeediatly use the back to black!
also may depend on what back to black your using... buy the decent makes and should be fine! cant fail with that!

white spirit will fade them! dont use that, and a hairdryer will not get hot enough! i hope nobody can see you doing that

as kurt said that autoglym stuff supposed to be decent but havnt tried it myself....
if you havnt got a jetwash try that?

i have a jet wash so im going to give it a go first! i just want to see if it comes up nice, or if im too colour code everything white :-S

Heatgun for really faded ones. Then just keep it topped up every so often with a trim gel - off the shelf the AG stuff, or online something like Chemical Guys New Look Trim Gel.
Black Wow isn't quite as good as they claim it to be
