Have you removed the original seatbelts aswell?
Where do they bolt to? Rear seat belt mount?
When I had buckets and harnesses I had them going to the rear belt point and even had passengers in the rear and never get pulled

So long as they are buckle release, they are 100% legal.
I have had 3 and now 4 point harnesses and although i now and again get stopped coz they think im not wearing a seatbelt, i've never had any issues.
You can explain to them that they are legal and meet all MOT requirements. Some coppers just dont have a clue what they are, and some areas are more accustomed than others to them.

Yeah they shouldn't be a problem, as everyone else said they'll pass an MOT.
I got pulled for "not having a seatbelt on" until the copper looked in the window. He just apologised and went on his way.

they're fine, just leave the belt in for mot purposes, saves arguing

I had this argument with a copper. Aslong as the release button says 'press' on it they are fine. What about Enzo's, etc what have harness' from the factory?
