Jades cousin is looking for a new car - a 'funky classic car' she likes Kate Moss's MGB so something along those lines. Budget around £10k.

Ive been volunteered to find her something but cant see past suggesting an old 911

You are royally fucked mate...thats a no win situation to be in

Karmann Ghia? nice in convertable....it'll cost you £500 a month to keep the thing on the road though.

I've done the 'classic' car route before. Believe me, just don't ever go there.

Whats the problem with Karmann Ghias costing lots to build? Do parts come from VW?

Theres a Karmann Ghia shell at my work, apparently new panels cost thousands but i think they are mechanically the same as a beetle?
