Think so and if not there's an ignition switched live on the cigarette lighter that you can use.

my sport has one.

My 12v however didn't. As said, wired it up from the cigarette lighter, was easy

my 97 sport doesnt but my 99 sxi did but might be down to me having the shallow glovebox because of the aircon

i've never seen one with a glovebox light if i'm honest, all the ones I've seen have a hole for it though

if it has aircon, no, if there is no aircon then yes.
base specs didnt get one at all
