will be ecu kit mate. i.e ECU, transponder, chip, clocks, body control module i beleive.
a friend has the whole set up (he breaks vauxhalls) so if u need it let me know and ill give u his number

no u dont need the kit u can just have the ecu, u just need to reprogram it to ur chips and transponders which isnt hard as any vauxhall garage will do it for you.
i also need an ecu fro my z18xe as the earthing in the o2 sensor is kaput!
but i refuse to pay 988quid from vauxhall
but allvox scrapyard will do another ecu all programmed in for 250quid and keep your remap if uv had 1

so what do i need to get, another ecu out of another sri 1.8 and get vauxhall to reprogramme it in? and if so has someone got one?
