You can get plates which do it but they're a bit risky. Other way is to change the hubs on the front and back along with a beam from an Astra.

A Corsa C SRI 5 stud rear beam will fit straight onto a Corsa B. Fronts you can use Cav/Calibra legs

all the parts are available from lmfvauxhall/chrisastleymotorsport etc its pretty easy to do the only problem ive faced is getting shafts to suit lol as i changed my small block x16 which seems to be difficult but its plain straight forward if you have a xe or let fitted
