i have heard that if you have coilevers on the front of a corsa b the cav slabs dont fit? is this true or just crap?

they fit- but may just need 5mm spacers to clear wheels from coilovers.

Didnt realy wana resort 2wheel spacers, end up knockin wheel bearings out

5mm is hardly excessive and surley wont cause strain on wheel bearings.

they may fit fine though without them though; think it depends on some coilovers.

IMHO spacers are only safe if the wheel can still locate on the hub center, once the spacer has pushed the bore hole far enough away to mean you cant sit the wheel on the hub its dangerous.

Only way to do it still puts lots of strain on the bearings

5mm is fine. It wont kill your bearings every 5 mins and the wheel will still sit central on the hub.
