Got two 1L bottles of castrol perfomance oil, audi/vw special stuff

anything else it can be used in?

tbh its not really a high performance engine, 5w 10w wont make much difference..

5w is a bit thinner iirc

It is thinner when its cold. Will be fine in a Corsa but will prob burn a bit if you thrash the car about before its up to temperature.

My car had 5w30 in it for about 5k miles. It burnt quite a bit more and was slightly noisey. It has done over 90k though

almost all fords run on 5w30, old ones run on 10w40 and so do the diesles.

corsa will run on 5w30 but mine started blowwing smoke so changed to 10w40 and was all ok again

i use it for the cav gets to the tappets quicker on the redtop

Burning 1 litre of oil every 5k miles or something like that isn't unknown and is mentioned in the handbook. Just put it in, but remember to change the oil filter.

If its only 2 litres I would get some more and then use it. Best not to mix oils.
