If i licence gets revoked for not paying a speeding fine or sending it back for points. How can you get it back? My mate got caught, didnt do either and needs his licence back for work.
Tried on the D.V.L.A site but i cant seem to find what i need. . .

I know he is a bell end etc etc, just need to know how he does it. Thanks

i got licence revoked for 6 points in 1st 2 years, i had to re apply for my provisional and do my theory and practical again, no extended retest though
