what is the best way to spray plastic like what sand paper ect.....?

Use 420 grit to remove the texture then 600 and 800 until glass smooth
Plastic primer (light coats) wait 24hrs
filler primer (light coat then 2 thickish coats)wait 24hrs
Smooth with 800 until super smooth.
paint colour (light coats) wait 24hrs
laquer (light coats with one heavy) wait 48hrs
wax (2 coats)

if your rubbing texture out before paint and getting it "glass smooth" then u should not really need to be doing few coats of filler primer really??
when i do plastics i just give them a quick rub down and good clean to get rid of silicone,couple of light coats of plastic primer then build up with coats of filler primer and let the filler primer do the work of getting the texture out!
then rub down, basecoat and laquer

Id rather do it the other way because if your putting loads of coats of filler primer on then it could lead to cracking if your not carefull

Id rather do it the other way because if your putting loads of coats of filler primer on then it could lead to cracking if your not carefull
surely u are only putting enough primer to build the low spots up and get it all smooth, so 50% or more of primer is gonna be rubbed off to get it flat again!
each to there own, i was just told by my paint supplier to do it this way!
