ports aint been wire brush...tbh matey, thats a daft question. its the finish. i dont think some how im going to kill my reputation im slowly building up to run a wire brush down the ports. the inlets arent ment to be mega smooth anyway

if you had the head in front of you and felt the ports you'd be able to tell straight away the finishes. the inlets are obv rougher to let the air/fuel mix properly, with polished exhausts.

btw is your corsa an XE or LET?
