ah right, car was build in the midlands and was up for sale for 20k with diffrent wheels on in 2006/2007

That could make sense as he says he got the wheels custom made to fit over the brakes, so its obviosuly changed hands and wheels.

yeah, they look like comp cxn's or similar, paul lindfoot has got few sets iirc on his black and white rs500's

Very very nice, Although I'm surprised it only has 405 bhp, That's alot yes but they can get so much power out of them engines.

A genuine 405 is significantly better than a pub 405 though.

Four hundred is about the limit a T5 box will put up with reliably for a start, plus to get much more power above that you have to start really spending silly money and everything on the car has to be looked at carefully.

Also, putting that sort of torque and power on the road acurately and with some control through two wheels is enough of a struggle.
