are the shocks uprated/shortened?

my front splitter is about 2cm off the road and i've got spax rsx - they're not that expensive and you can go pretty low.

My bros corsa is lowered 80mm at the front, using 60mm gmax springs and shocks, and he bourt some modified top hats with lowered it another 20mm, but dnt think they make them any more
