Hi All

I have been offered a lupo sport on ats cup wheels but they have been sprayed black.is there a way to get the polished lip back upto scratch? if not il just spray it the same colour as the car

[thinks about jokes to do with eye swaps but fails miserably]

you can jack the car up, put it in gear and do that trick, or just polishj it for hours.

best bet though it take them somewhere who refurbs wheels for a living.

If you can't be bothered to do it yourself or have the tools etc... just take them to a wheel refurb place. I doubt they'd charge that much per wheel to polish the lip up for you.

cheers allan,not sure on the condition of them yet so will find out the weekend.if they are bad im thinking of getting them painted white with the lip done either chrome or the same colour as the shell

I think White and Chrome rarely go together but would have to see it on the car. Shell colour and Chrome would look good on most cars.

i know what you mean.the thing is,the colour of the car is abit of a hard choice with wheel colour.this is the same colour

Looks good, I'd stay with the smoked theme, subtle tints, if it doesn't already have them and all anthracite wheels. Then again I'm boring

thats not the exact lupo,the one im getting is the sport with the centre exhaust.it will have ats cup wheels on so paint is going to definately be an issue i think.unless i go a realy wacky colour.
