How much of a difference in power will an ekotek valve, induction kit and backbox make to performance on a 1.6 sport. (roughly)

ecotek = 5hp
induction = 7hp
backbox = 8hp

so....
106+8+7+5 = 126bhp

meh....

AK

For the best bhp per £ change the inlet manifold. You are not going to get any noticable difference from a filter and exhaust.

He's winding you up.. Ekotec thingammy will do sweet FA!

Biggest restrictions are inlet, exhaust manifold and cat.

Backbox alone will do hee haw. A system (de cat system will be best) added to a 4-2-1 manifold and an inlet (can get them made up on here for about £140) and you'll see over 120bhp.
