i just bought my corsa b 1.0 litre a few weeks ago but the yellow warning light has come on, it doesnt affect the performance at all but i want to get a diagnostic test done, i live in romford does anyone no any cheap gargages that could help me ?? cheers

almost all garages charge £30-40 to put the car on a computer, i will guess its either a lamda or maf

Perhaps flash the fault codes yourself, check the tutorials and FAQ section on here

lol i tried looking at the tutorials but it jus blew my brain away lol..what is lamda or maf ? sorry im a noob on cars cheers

maf is on the tube coming from your airbox, tell the engine how much fuel and air to mix i think

lamda is on cat which is at the front of your engine not under the car, it reads the gasses coming out

oh rite that could explian it then..i drilled the air box as shown on the tutorial, do you fink i need to reset the ecu ? i read something on here that ur meant to reset the ecu when you upgrade the filter ? cheers agian

Do the paper clip test and right up the code on here and i'll check it out on autodata

go to local garage and get them to connect their diagnostics computer to your car. will cost 20-40 quid depending on garage.

oh okay then thats what i was going to do first but i thought i could see if i could save my self money
