as im purchasing a audi a3 1.8 t how much am i looking at paying for a re map? between (£150- £500?) n is it tru about a extra 40bhp on that or jus a myth? n does it effect petrol comsuption that much? cheers

Postal one off ebay.

No matter what you are told, apart from some maps being more agressive and some more progressive, it's best going for the cheapest.

You should be able to get one for about that, i'm sure i've seen stories of people coming to you for 200-250.

i think ill be using amd, there are companys that will come to your workplace etc and map it up for you, i would pay no more than 400 personally, but the +40 bhp is apparently true and they apparently can just beat a clio 182 on a straight

broster are you able to remap a mr2 turbo with a few mods on a standard ecu?

oh, ours dont come from germany. some ebay maps are just a rip off of some german guys yes

just outa interest broster..how much gain in torque would i be looking at?say about 190bhp & ove 200lb of torque?
