Once ultrasonically cleaned (just to be sure) are they ample for the 300bhp mark? I want to get to this figure as best i can with reliability etc...do i need to upgrade to 440cc injectors or are these more than up to the job? I think they flow around 379cc not sure if anyone can shed any light...

yes they are up to the job? or yes i need 440's or 550's?

yes they will do the job, i used them on mines with a few bits and bobs from regal as well, ie high presure fuel pump and higher psi fuel pressure regulator
