This will be a linkage system that goes into the existing gearbox that converts it to sequential, so the gears etc all stay the same. You'll need to run a bar into the cabin and mount it on the floor to pull back and forth on. I don't think it will be expensive (ie thousands) more like hundreds at a guess. It's a way off just yet though.

Good lad - you will soon be selling all the VX crap and seing sense that handling is the only way forward!!
Megane will be going very shortly me thinks, as i do too many miles and a 172 cup would fit the bill nicely as a daily hack!

A company in germany already offers sequential shifters for F series vauxhall box's.

Ours is going to be totally different to that. From what I can see there you still have a H pattern gearbox. We are talking about changing the shifting mechanism internally so you have a forward and backwards only motion to get through the gears, like a bike gearbox.

He's at LeMans

Red one's ball joint snapped, done a lot of damage (the woe's of 19" on a car designed to use 14" )
