Just bought a rebuilt LET which has never been run. Just wondered approx what sort of power i can expect?
Spec as follows (copied from spec sheet supplied with engine from CTM performance):
TOP END
Gas flowed head to fast road spec
3 angle seats
skim min to clean
De/hydraulic tappets
new stem seals/cam seals
Piper cams
BOTTOM END
Hone block
Full balance
Lightweight flywheel and reface
lap crank
Skim block min to clean
mig wire block
accralite forged pistons
heavy duty bearings
uprated oil pump
16 row oil cooler
new water pump
new cam belt and tensioners
competition gaskets
front mount intercooler
asking for approx bhp figures with standard turbo and figures for same spec with T3 turbo?

id say 230 max.. only thinhs to give it a gain are the front mount and worked head..
consider an XE inlet cam and an EDS/VMAX chipset on top of that and you should see a better gain

im with matt. you dont mention that your using any chipsets or standalone management. if had phase 2 could be about 260-270bhp maybe?
can you get some pics of the headwork please? if the manifolds are off. wouldnt mind seeing what a 'fast road' spec head is, as tbh ive seen heads that have 'stages' so to speak and there appauling
what sort of t3 too matey?

Thats all the info i got. Just the spec that came with the engine. It's a garret T3 brand new. Never owned a LET so don't know what to expect or too look for tbh
