yup known as worthersee, big vw festival thats held each yr for the past 20+ yrs.

official show days were 20-24
most the vid was shot the days on the lead up to the show when the best cars come and go.
That shell station is one of the main points where cars gather, bit with cars parked on either side of road is where actual show takes place but on actual days the roads leadin up to it get blocked off. Pay to get in, cars can drive anywhere/park for the show. OTher sections of the vid is just showin you how everyone jus sits on the side of the road, wait for the cars to come to you as majority of the time you'd see them all 
i left on the 2nd day, spent a week there. Alot better than last yr i went fo rthe first time.
