Do you consider cars with short MOT?

I am in process of selling my Corsa, and most corsas within the price i am asking have short MOT.. I called on few adverts and cars are sold?
I only had few calls and no one comes to view my car.

When i am looking for a car to buy, I only consider cars with 10-12 months MOT...

I'd prefer to buy a car with 6+ MOT just for the sake of it's 1 less thing to pay for after buying it, if I know a car is mechanically sound though I wouldn't turn it away if it had less MOT on it.
