i am aware that these have a raised rim rib, does that mean there is a metal rim inside the tyre?

this is the reason i ask-

tyres are made with inner wire but no, there is no metal rim as such inside the tyre.

so if i were to remove that tyre, the dent on it being made by the alloy pushing into it shoud disapeer?
